Ice Time

Composer Steve Thomas and playwright Mark Brownell team up once again to create Ice Time. This new musical project is a theatrical battle royale of bickering hockey parents, diva figure skaters, and scheming coaches.

It’s 5 a.m. on a Saturday morning and a local community rink springs to life. Lights up. An ancient rink keeper floods the ice. Then it’s a pick-up game of shinny, followed by figure skating classes, followed by a free-skate. With each whistle a new drama unfolds.
